Is NAMC Loyalty Rewards Membership Insurance?
The NAMC Loyalty Rewards membership is NOT insurance. It can be used as a supplemental coverage for you, your family and your vehicles.

It looks like you offer all the same services as the other guys. What makes you different from them?
We offer infinite number of Tows in a Year. You can have your automobile towed up to 100 Miles. We offer additional assistance in Legal and Natural Disaster issues. We also offer Car wash and Vehicle maintenance discounts not offered by others. We Offer Bail Bond help if you are arrested in a Motor Vehicle infraction and are jailed as the result of it. We Offer Financial help if you need to visit the emergency room because of an accident. Each member receives a Prescription discount card that can be used at most Pharmacies.

What is the process of using the Infinite roadside assistance?
You will use your Loyalty Membership card as needed. You will receive a Member ID Card within 7 business days of enrolling. If an incident occurs and you need service, simply call the number on the back of your Loyalty Membership card. If you need emergency roadside assistance before your membership card arrives, we can still assist you as long as you call in and provide your Loyalty Membership Id Number.

Does my membership cover multiple vehicles?
Yes it does, as long as the Loyalty Member was the driver or present with their registered vehicle at the time of the disablement. Each Member is able to list 2 Vehicles as registered vehicles on their plan.

How do I sign up?
You can contact an N.A.M.C. Affiliate. You can also sign up here, select the Loyalty Rewards Membership, fill out the application and pay for your membership. And You’re in!

When will I receive my membership card?
You will receive your NAMC Loyalty membership id in the mail within 7 business days of enrolling.

When am I eligible for emergency road service?
You are able to utilize your membership immediately upon receiving you NAMC membership card in the mail. However, pre-existing roadside assistance issues are not covered by your Loyalty membership.

How do I know when a tow truck is coming?
NAMC will be in constant communication with you. NAMC will notify you when you should expect tow truck.

I’m in Canada. Can I sign up? Do you offer services in Canada?
No we do not offer services in Canada at the moment.

Can I get customer service in Spanish?
Yes! We offer agents who speak English, Spanish, and Much More.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you are not locked into a contract. You may cancel at any time.

IS NAMC a Multilevel Marketing Company?
North American Motor Club is NOT A MULTILEVEL MARKETING COMPANY. We are a Roadside Assistance Company that offers our members (Affiliates) the option to refer our company and receive a commission. Unlike Most MLM companies we do not require certain ranks or criteria in order to make a commission. We also do not do levels, generations or check match like a traditional MLM company.

How Often do you pay your affiliates that promote the Loyalty Rewards Membership?
NAMC pays its affiliate’s every Friday. Residuals are once a month. No Affiliate will be paid weekly or monthly commissions if their membership is not active.

Can I purchase multiple memberships at one time?

Yes you can purchase up to 2 memberships and when you do your sponsor or the person that referred you will receive commissions on that.
(EX: An affiiate refers a membership to a person that buys one for him and his wife and one for his daughter in college. The affiliate that referred the member will make a $80 commission.
